Help Dobber! Shift Charts?

I remember reading a note about a week ago, I think it was in the daily ramblings, about the new NHL website and how Dobber liked the fact that they didnt change anything as they did last year by removing the shift charts feature.
I also remember there being a comment about how these were made available thanks to ???. I made a mental note to myself to follow up on it, and my mental note just kicked in today.
Does anyone know where I can find that info? Is there a website somewhere that monitors this?
