Decent sized trade proposal, need help please!

My Ribeiro/Mueller/Macdonald/Ehrhoff for his Cammalleri/Brown/Caputi/Byfuglien.

This was the proposal from him. My thought is im giving up the best player right now in ribeiro but think cammy could match if in right situation next season. I hate giving up mueller but thought Brown and caputi was intruiging. I won it last year and in position to contend again. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Keeper league, standard scoring, keep all players. G/A/pim/ppp/shp/+/-

Ribeiro will be a 80-90 point player year in year out, I do not like this trade because of the 2 los angeles players they will cost you in plus minus.

i concur,keep what you have , ribeiro has found his grove , mueller is going to keep getting beter on an improving team and macdonald could prove to have some offense too , erhoff , well three out of four is'nt bad , lol.

I would definitely not do this deal. I don't know that you are giving up the best player in Ribeiro. I think Mueller will be the best player for you. 52 points as a rookie, on a Phoenix team, is impressive. There is a bias here too, I just don't care for Ribeiro (remember him from Montreal).

If I were you I might try to 'tinker' with the offer. You would be getting two players, Cammalleri and Brown, from the same team. I don't think that you can consider this circumstance to be similar to Spezza/Heatly, Crosby/Malkin, and I would try to avoid that situation.

I would take Ribeiro and Mueller off the table. I appreciate that is what he wants from you, the most, but I don't think that is in your best interests. Was McDonald and Ehrhoff, a throw in, or are these players that he wants? Could you work something to get Caputi and Byfuglien?

I agree with hockeylifer - Mueller is the best guy here, then Ribeiro. As much as I love Caputi's potential, you have to stick with your current players.

Thank you for all the input guys, always much appreciated. The only reason why I even thought about it was that I figured cammy would be dealt from the kings in the offseason. So, I dont see me having to worry about taking two kings players. I also thought Cammy may be able to equal ribeiros production on a different team.

Cammerelli had a great year, then stunk it up last year. I think you are just a little slow to devalue him. (and i am a little quick to write him off)

I think that Mueller just holds too much value to move him in that trade...
