If you really want to gut the roster for young players, why not get rid of older guys first? Find a crazy Habs fan in your league (there's bound to be at least one) and make him overpay for Kovalev or something.
As for Stamkos-Richards-Toews ... its a good offer value wise but if there are positional requirements, ask for 2Cs and a winger or 2 wingers and a centre.
