Im in a keeper league that has 4 years left, and most likely more. This year is a write-off, as there is no way I can win, but I am starting to rebuild a young, high potential team. I was offered Voracek + Bernier + 4th round pick next year for backstrom (goalie) and Dumont. Do you think I should do this?

I don't think so - too early in the season to be shopping your guys who will have very good seasons - they likely will bring more value when guys are making a run for your league crown.
