I am going into year 2 of a salary keeper league and need some help in finding a formula to assign salaries. We were hoping to assign a max cap value of $300 - $320 instead of using actual salaries.

Ideally the highest value player would fall in at approx. $30

New at this thing so please be kind.

Thanks so much for any advice. It's really appreciated.
