Name the tiers/divisions:

The "Average at best" idea reminded me of an avery comment about David Clarkson...
David clarkson is "Minor League at best"
Anything sienfeld we can take from the Face Painter episode where putty paints his face at a Rangers V Devils game at MSG....there has to be some quotes...ill google

Triple CROWN:
triple = 3 tiers
CROWN = Commish's relegation of wacky nucks (nucks as in Canadian not the vancouver canucks)
I like the triple part for the 3 tiers and Commish liked to have relegation in the name.... can I get some help for the OWN.
