Hey I know we decided that this pool would be free this year, but pools just aren't the same without some cash on the line. Anyone wanna make a side bet? I will take on all comers....

The IR is going to be governed by Yahoo and that's the way they run it. The only loophole part is you can't use the player while he's on IR. I don't see many guys keeping big dollar guys on their IR unless they are hurt.
We'll keep an eye on how the IR is used, but the only potential problem I see is someone being able to hide some salary via the IR.
Most of us will want to use the better players to avoid a lower position, so I'm not sure that hiding useful players on the IR will happen. We'll see.
