Apparently in order to buy someone out, since it's past that time, the window gets re opened if the Hawks take one of their players to arbitration. So if that happens, Bulin is as good as gone.
Yeah i have heard something about that arbitration clause as well, as a hawk fan it will be interesting to see what they do! But i must add i was happy to see Campbell land in Chicago.

haha, i can't believe my pick still stands as the last one. i guess i could have taken more time to make that pick before sending it off to chic. damn.
i hope raycroft works out for me... it was a last minute pick based solely on the Avs signing. if he can split time with budaj, i might get out of the basement for goalie categories. honestly, i don't think raycroft is THAT bad a goalie... and certainly, i don't see a ton of difference between him and theodore's styles.

Living in TO has ruined my view of Raycroft. I will own him in a FH league. Seeing as your my competition I hope he ruins your team aswell UW. j/k
Plus he's playing for the Avs... more reason to hope he fails.

haha, yeah i know he looked horrible on TO... but i found some notes i kept from the beginning of the 06/07 season. i watched a toronto-ottawa game, and even though ottawa put up 4 or 5 goals, i wrote this down:
"raycroft: solid technique, played better than score, very little he could do on goals allowed, good pickup if leaf team d gets better"
that said, i'm already kind of regretting the pick. wish i'd gone for a forward.

Even as a Toronto fan I still think Raycroft is a good goalie, he jsut needs a new start. Fans are relentless,a dn after he faltered, you know in Toronto there is no way he could recover with the fans not giving him a fair shot. I'm kinda glad he's getting a new chance somewhere else.
