From the 1st list, probably Brunnstrom if you're looking for next year only, runner up to Oshie or possibly Filatov. In 3 years, Filatov should pull away from the bunch.
From the 2nd list, Franzen for next year, Giroux by far if you're looking longer term.

Hey Dutch - first of all a warm welcome to the Dobberhockey boards.
I think your prospect pick probably boils down to Filatov or Doughty, although there are certainly other names of merit on the list. Who you select is probably a little dependent on the set-up of your league and your team as it is now, but I think both these guys are going to do well in the league and they certainly carry an intrinsic trade value that is pretty high. Filatov will probably develop to full potential faster than Doughty so he is likely the right pick.
On the other list, I am not so clear. Hagman is a definite no due to age and his backline status. I dont see Franzen as preferable over a very good prospect if you are building a team. I would go with the other 4 guys in this order:
Giroux
Hensick
MacArthur
Setoguchi
I just checked Dobber's rankings and this list pretty much fits his order as well.

I think it really depends on your need but Shoeless is right, it's either Filatov or Doughty.
As for the other list, I would pick Giroux even if he would be doing worst than the others next year.

Maybe not next year, but near future and everything past.
Filatov and Oshie are pretty equal with Bergs as well in those regards. Brunnstrom for next year. Doughty would be a good Dman pickup.
CLAUDE GIROUX PHI
Maybe not next year, but definitely near future and anything past that.
Franzen for next year. Maybe Setoguchi.

1st group is tough, bud. I'd go with Filatov even though like Chadosaur said Brunnstrom will have the most points of the bunch this year. But I'd go with Filatov followed very very closely by Doughty (if you really need D, then Doughty over Filatov).
2nd group is easy for me as you should take Giroux. Other guys are good but Giroux is a class above them me thinks.

I agree with Filatov and Giroux.
I don't think it's even close in the 2nd list. Giroux is easily the best one followed by Hensick.

Filatov - there is tremendous interest in this guy. Everyone would love to have him. Second choice would be Doughty. If you're looking for production this year I tend to favour Berglund.
In the second group I far prefer Giroux. Particularly if he is a winger. It gets messy from there.
