Meszaros is a lock for the top PP unit. Matt Carle and Paul Ranger will both see more time on the PP than Niskala.

You guys should take a look at Niskala. I think the guy has a very good shot (pun intended) at taking over the PP.

based on last night's ice time looks as tho ranger may be one of mullet's favourites.

I could be wrong but wasn't Ranger sort the expected guy at the start of the season to be the main go to guy in Tampa?

My impression of Ranger is that he is an all-around guy like Meszaros. I really thoguht Matt Carle was brought in for the #1 unit (Boyle's spot) and drafted him accordingly. So far, I'm none too pleased with the result.
