I am looking to join my first keeper league and as a result I am interested in joining a free one before I make the leap to a paid one.
I would be a very active GM (I have run regular season pools for the last few years).
I am not super familiar with H2H or slary cap but would not be opposed to trying either.
Would also be willing to take over a team but would really like to be involved from the get go.

Hey Hippy Oiler Fan,
Just noticed you're looking for a new keeper league to join. My buddy Greg and I have just finished the manifesto for a new ten-manager keeper league that we're starting this year, and we're looking for cool hockey nuts like you.
The league will cost $60 annually, but that's not too expensive for a long term keeper league, and you would be getting in on the ground floor.
Briefly, the league is Head to Head but points based, so there's a combination of the two. I've never done Head to head either, but my friend tells me its great fun!
Couple other small points: the league has sizable rosters, including a small farm team, and trades of both players and draft picks. There's also a couple of cascading rules in place to help prevent managers from forming multi-year dynasties.

I've started a new league, and am looking for owners. It is a H2H Points league that favors goalies. This isn't to say you can't win without a stud goalie, just that as an individual player a goalie will probably get more points than most forwards. When all is said and done, your two goalies will on average account for about a quarter of your teams points, which seems fair, since it is the most important position in sports. ESPN Pool (Its Free) 15 teams Points only League Many Scoring catgeories 12 Forwards 4 Defenceman 2 Goalies (65 game max each) Keeper Criteria: 10 Keepers for next year. Players Drafted in the first 2 rounds are not eligible to Keep for next year.
