ESPN Points League help

I'm hoping someone can give he a heads up on what I may be doing wrong.

I've setup an ESPN points league for my office and as I try to change the roster settings it gives me an error that says WARNING. You must have a starting position.

I can't for the life of me figure out what's wrong, it even gives this message with a default format.

Anyone else have this problem?
