ESPN Keeper league questions

I've decided to setup a new keeper league using ESPN this year, instead of yahoo and am curious about some things.

1. Are draft picks supported in ESPN and trade-able? I'd love to see Doan being traded to one team simply for a first round pick.

2. when the first season is over, does the person who finished last automatically receive the first round pick the following year?

3. in terms of roster moves, does a trade count as a move? in yahoo it doesn't, just checking if ESPN is the same.
