Hey everyone,
I received an email from Torture and he's not able to commit as much time as necessary to the Dynasty league, so he's withdrawing from our pool.
I've sent an email to the next guy on our waiting list and mrvisser (Matt Visser) has agreed to take over Torture's team effective immediately.
I will send this info via email shortly and it will include mrvisser's email address.

I also just noticed the names the comish gave us, great job i must say!
Most of the time when i get assigned a team name it is
"Not by the hair of my..." but Great Wall of Chinny fits my squad i think!
and Chic, i do feel bad for you and i can also say i know what you are going through, but i also have to say I'm glad I'm not the only one with that great luck!

Thank god i got Terry now then, i had thought about letting him drop. I figured when i saw Anti Neimi going, some of my list will get hit. So, i took him now, lets see if my other 2 picks with hold at least 1 for the way back up the chain.

i really like that kid, and he was on my list for sure, although with my team being so young and desperate for NOW guys, i might never have picked him. good offensive dazzle, reminds me a little of Keith Yandle.
problem for me is that i have such a hard time trusting these US highschool kids. I guess that, as a Canadian, I just can't wrap my head around highschool sports being meaningful.
in Calgary, there is a grand total of ONE highschool hockey team.
