Tanguay vs Huselius

What do you guys think?

This is for a 10 team dynasty pts only. We are 400 players deep.

I finished 3rd last year and have a good shot at 2nd and an out side chance for 1st. I am very week at RW. (the only weakness of my team). Someone offered me Huselius vs Tanguay.

For some reason I have trouble believing in Huselius.

The deal right now is bigger then that but it comes down to this switch. what do you guys think?

BTW I have the guide so I know what Dobber thinks for next year. But what do YOU think.

Huselius will be a firstliner in Columbus. That place is not as obvious for Tanguay.

i think your RWs are better than your LWs if anything trade for a LW

Huselius will probably play on the first line in CLB...Tanguay is not sure to play on the first line in MTL

However, Tanguay will play with a better team...need to click with Kovalev to ensure his spot on the first line.

For Husy, he only need to be consistent (not that easy for him)

In my case my vote will go for Huselius...but it's just a matter of taste....

The team in my Sig is NOT the team I am talking about. I know it can be confusing since I have Tanguay on both teams.

Yes, that's why he scares me. Tanguay on the other hand will play with talented players even if he plays on the "2nd line".

Well I took the deal.

Like I said I finished 3rd last year and the #4 guy just made a few great pickups so I needed to move. (me and #4 are much younger and deeper then #1 and #2)

It came out :

Huselius + Stafford + 3rd round pick (should be around #27th ish)

For

Tanguay + Hamhuis

What do you guys think?

Now I plan to get my hand on 1 more RW that I will get with my 1st pick (with a guy or two extra) from next year.

Well, if you picked up Huselius + Stafford + 3rd for tangs and Hamhuis, congrats. I think Tanguay is overrated in many cases, although he's still a superb player.

I have both on one of my teams, and I'd sooner let go of Tanguay than Huselius. Kristian has been aggravatingly inconsistent when he's paired with coaches who throw him around and punish him severely for minor slip-ups. Until keenan came to Calgary, he was still inconsistent, but not maddeningly so and he was quite productive.

Stafford seems like he's been at the doorstep for a long time, but I hope this season he steps through. he has the talent to be a solid 2nd liner who puts up 65 on a yearly basis.

I said Tanguay - play it safe. But Juice has more upside and could make you regret it!
