I access the Forecaster team and player profiles through the score, which already splits the screen up annoyingly between the actual info and some ads and NHL leader boxes. As of yesterday, the display dimensions or something have changed such that now the ads section encroaches on the info section covering some of the text. There also seems to be missing info they had before like links to trade breakdowns on individual players.

Anyone know if the problem is on my end or theirs and if I can do anything to fix it? Or an alternative route to the info?

The guys have been working on a new look for six or seven months now and the big release was a day or two ago. Still a lot of kinks to be worked out, but they are trying to improve the font and navigation and also add features such as player pics with each tidbit of news they add (similar to rotoworld, except with pictures).

Have you tried accessing the site through the Toronto Star? I believe its the exact same information.

Edit: Yup, its the same info without all the ad crap....

Perfect Nardfuch, thanks a bunch.

I used to use the Star up until a computer crash wiped my caches ... then I couldn't remember how to access it via the Star (never occurred to me to try under "NHL Watch") and I grudgingly switched to using the annoying Score access. now that's solved

Dobber, are they taking off some of the information they used to provide - links to trade breakdowns on traded players (I checked J Lindstrom this morning)?

It seems career stats are now not part of the main profile - you have to click career for that. Pity, I would have preferred trivial information like the career highs and career awards sections moved out of the main profile, and the career stats, which allow one to see patterns of production and games played left on the main profile. Oh well ...

It will all be back in there. - yeah, the extra click of career sucks.

The Star, the Times, the Score, etc etc will all have the same look eventually.
