Default NHL Goalie Coaches

Here's a new chart I did that lists NHL teams and their goalie coaches.

http://www.thegoalieguild.com/?p=4347

I can't seem to find who the Senators replaced Eli Wilson with .... or did they totally skip on that front!?!?

Atlanta is said to be naming a goalie coach in the near future. Colorado has not named a replacement for Jocelyn Thibault yet.

If any of you can find links or know the tenure for some of the goalie coaches I couldn't find, let me know and I'll update this!

I asked Darren Pang on Twitter if he knows anything about the goalie coaches I can't find.

I think Florida is the only one that has a goalie coach that I can't find anywhere. Atlanta, Ottawa and Colorado have vacancies set to be filled before the season starts (I hope).

I have heard that Calvin Pickard has requested that the Avs look into Paul Fricker as their new goalie coach, but that is simply a note from a source of mine.

Are there any Swedish goalie coaches? I wouldn't be surprised if Ottawa hired one.

There were rumors that Henrik Lundqvist's old goalie coach, Michael Lehner, might be a fit for the Sens goalie coach position because he's the father of Robin Lehner.

It seems like an obvious choice, but it's a big move for a Swedish goalie coach to head overseas and work with just a few goalies in North America.

But obviously if Lehner gets to work with his son, that changes everything.

There are no other Swedish goalie coaches currently employed by an NHL team. I'd have to think it's only a matter of time before we see one though.

David Marcoux was the former goalie coach of the Calgary Flames and Miikka Kiprusoff.

Yeah I was thinking about Lehner's dad. Some guys who I think could work out in Ottawa are CuJo and Tugnutt. What do you think?

Cap Raeder was let go by the Lightning today. Raeder was one of 4 or 5 NHL goalie coaches that had no NHL experience.

I'll update the chart.
